This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Inbocs, a web-based WhatsApp bot and related services.

By using Inbocs, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3. Who Can Use Inbocs

Inbocs is intended for general audiences. We do not actively restrict usage based on age. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring minors’ use of the service.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data from children for the purpose of profiling or advertising.

We may collect the following information when you use Inbocs:

  • Passwords (stored only as one-way hashed values, never in plaintext)

  • User-generated content

4.2 WhatsApp Data

When you interact with Inbocs via WhatsApp, we may process:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number
  • Your WhatsApp profile name
  • Message content sent to the bot

Message content is processed to provide the service and is not stored permanently.

4.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

We retain:

  • Transaction IDs
  • Limited payment metadata for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal purposes

These records may be retained indefinitely and may be linked only to anonymized user identifiers.

4.4 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser information
  • Approximate location inferred from IP address
  • Usage and interaction data
  • Analytics events
  • Crash and error logs

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location data.

5. Analytics and Tracking

We use third-party analytics tools including Google Analytics and PostHog.

These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage data under their default configurations.

We do not use analytics for advertising or data resale.

  • Anonymized user identifiers and payment transaction records may be retained indefinitely for legal and accounting reasons.
  • We currently do not maintain long-term backups of deleted personal data.
