Terms and Conditions for Inbocs

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Inbocs, including the WhatsApp bot and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who Operates the Service

Inbocs is operated by two friends under the name The Fission Company. This is not a registered legal entity.

3. Eligibility

You may use Inbocs only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction.

Inbocs is available to users of all ages. If you are a minor, you are responsible for using the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Description of the Service

Inbocs is a web-based service that includes a WhatsApp bot and related features. The service may use automated systems, including AI-powered APIs, to process input and generate responses.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your actions or negligence.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Inbocs to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse engineer the service
• Abuse system limits or bypass usage restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe these rules are violated.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Inbocs.

By using the service, you grant us a limited right to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

We do not claim ownership over your content.

8. AI and Automated Output

Responses generated by Inbocs may be produced using third-party AI services.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that:

• Outputs are provided for informational purposes only
• You should not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs

9. Payments and Subscriptions

Inbocs may offer free and paid plans.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not control or store full payment card information.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may change pricing or plan features at any time.

10. Service Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

Downtime, bugs, or data loss may occur.

11. Termination

You may stop using Inbocs at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• We are legally required to do so
• Continued operation becomes impractical or risky

Termination does not remove obligations incurred prior to termination.

12. Intellectual Property

All service-related software, branding, and infrastructure are owned by or licensed to the operators of Inbocs.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the service without permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of outputs
• Use of the service is at your own risk

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service in the preceding 12 months, or zero if you used a free plan.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of Inbocs from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Gujarat, India.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of Inbocs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
